Peter Towongo, PhD
Founder & CEO
Dr. Towongo is a visionary leader and strategic consultant. He is deeply committed to empowering organizations to thrive in an ever-evolving business environment. He brings extensive experience in executive coaching and organizational transformation. He skillfully guides both corporate and faith-based entities through complex and pressing challenges.
His approach integrates practical strategy, visionary leadership, and insightful data analysis. This enables organizations to achieve sustainable growth, resilience, and long-term impact. Recognized as a thought leader in strategic management and leadership development, Dr. Towongo has successfully supported a diverse range of organizations in adapting, growing, and flourishing in dynamic contexts.
Beyond his consulting practice, he is an inspiring mentor, dynamic speaker, and prolific writer. He is dedicated to equipping the next generation of leaders with the skills, mindset, and confidence required for excellence. Dr. Towongo holds a PhD in Christian Organizational Leadership and an MA in Christian Education. He is currently pursuing his dual DBA-MBA at Edgewood University in WI, USA.
Mary Aongo, MA
Co-Founder
Mary is a poet, speaker, author, and co-founder of Towongo Consulting Inc., where she contributes to leadership development, coaching frameworks, and organizational support services. She holds an MA in Biblical Studies with a focus on Counseling from Covenant Bible Seminary in Washington and a BA in Sociology from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), providing a strong interdisciplinary foundation in human behavior, social systems, and relational dynamics.
Her work empowers individuals and organizations through emotional intelligence, purpose-driven leadership, and faith-informed counseling, emphasizing guidance through personal and professional transitions with clarity and resilience. As a mentor and coach, she supports startup founders, business leaders, families, and individuals in values-driven environments, using practical guidance and reflective insight to foster sustainable growth and leadership effectiveness.
Alongside consulting, Mary is a poet and author who uses creative expression to explore hope, identity, healing, and leadership. She speaks widely to encourage authentic, purpose-driven living.
